I've been fired from 6 major restaurants in 2 years. Most recently, I worked at a [location edited].
Let me start with, [location edited] may look clean, but in the back, it's a sloppy mess.
NO ONE washed their hands, ever! We all handled the meat poorly.
What I happened to get fired for I still find very humorous:
I have a television show here in Canada now which I'd rather not name for the sake of privacy, but it\'s just me and my friends being idiots. In early filming for the show, I decided since my friends came into [location edited] with the camera, I'd play a nice prank. I took my friends Taco Salad he ordered and went to the bethroom with it.
I took a fairly large crap and grabbed the soap bottle with a grin on my face. I risked my own hand in the toilet and filled the bottle with crap, I then squirted the crap from the bottle on the the salad like a dressing.
I, feeling smug about this walked out, put it on his tray, and walked away.
He did eat the salad, and said it tasted like shit, little did he know.
About a an hour later, someone walked into the bathroom and screamed. I knew right away what it was, I forgot to empty the soap bottle!
They looked at the security tapes and I was the last person to go in the bathroom and bam, fired and fined. That bit did go over very well on the show though, so it was worth it.
